We use luxurious A5 sirloin Wagyu beef. We are particular about our chicken-based soup, which has been simmered for 13 hours! The owner is also Muslim, so we have prepared a menu that Muslim customers can enjoy with peace of mind.

You can change to spicy vegan miso ramen for an additional 200 yen (tax included). The miso-based soup has a rich flavor and is filled with plenty of vegetables, including large pumpkins, lotus roots, and bok choy! Vegetables are sourced daily and fresh vegetables of the day are used. All menu items, including the seasonings, are made using halal ingredients.

[Special Spicy Ramen 2,400 yen (tax included)] is a highly recommended menu item that is deliciously spicy and addictive! Made with high-quality A5 minced meat, you can choose the spiciness level from level 1 to 5 to your liking, with each additional level costing +100 yen (tax included).The owner recommends starting with level 1, with level 5 being dangerously spicy! If you're a foreign visitor and love spicy food, we highly recommend giving it a try!

Enjoy our tempura bowl, which boasts large portions of toppings, rice, and sauce.

If you're not sure what to order, we recommend the Tendon (1,800 yen, tax included)! The tempura served on top of the rice includes two pumpkins, one lotus root, one eggplant fried in a flower shape with easy-to-eat slits, and two shrimp, and the ingredients are large, so it looks very filling♪ The rice used is delicious Japanese rice.This is a closely guarded recipe, and the secret sweet sauce combines perfectly with the rice and ingredients for a delicious dish!
